Anubhav Mishra (Advocate)
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - NLU Aurangabad
Anubhav Mishra graduated from National Law University, Aurangabad, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. His core areas of interest include Civil & Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Energy Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law. While working as an Associate at Pallav Mongia Law Chamber, Anubhav has drafted various petitions for different forums, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, High Court of Bombay, and Allahabad High Court. He has also assisted in landmark constitution bench matters such as the power of courts to modify an arbitral award under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Anubhav regularly appears before judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Delhi, including the Supreme Court, the High Court, APTEL, NCLAT, Civil and Sessions Courts, and various Arbitral Tribunals. He has assisted in high-stakes arbitrations involving construction, insurance, maritime issues, and more. In addition to his litigation and arbitration work, Anubhav has assisted in the negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements, ESG compliance, and company registrations. Most recently, he guided a startup through company incorporation and trademark filing.
