Our Story

We view litigation as both a discipline and a creative endeavor, where fidelity to legal principle meets strategic clarity. Our identity is symbolised by the Shrivatsa , an ancient emblem denoting timelessness, integrity, and auspiciousness. Traditionally, the Shrivatsa represents enduring order amidst complexity. Founded by Pallav Mongia, the Chambers has evolved from a focused solo practice into a disputes-driven practice engaged in complex litigation and arbitration across constitutional courts, commercial benches, and regulatory tribunals. Our experience spans sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and financial services, and we tailor each strategy to the legal, factual, and commercial contours of the case.

We have appeared in landmark constitutional matters: M Siddiq (Ram Janmabhoomi–Ayodhya Title Dispute), Gayatri Balasamy (Modification of Arbitral Award), Mineral Area Development Authority v. Steel Authority of India and Ors. (Power of State to impose tax on minerals), IN RE Interplay Between Arbitration Agreement under Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Stamp Act 1899 , Navtej Singh Johar ( decriminalisation of homosexuality), Cox & Kings Ltd. v.
